About me and my therapy practice

Hello and a warm welcome to Clockhouse Counselling.

My name is Sandra and I hope to give you a sense of how I practice, the values I hold as a therapist, and how I may be able to support you going forward.

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is client-centred, meaning that I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.

I currently offer sessions at The Kingswood Practice in Horsham which is conveniently located near car parks and public transport.

Clockhouse Counselling will be relocating to The Knepp Estate in the summer of 2024.

During your sessions here, you will encounter the peace and beauty of the re-wilded landscape and surrounding natural world.

The move to Knepp is an exciting new chapter offering a unique therapeutic experience.

Please contact me if you would like any more information on this.

My hope is that clients are able to reflect and talk freely, safely confronting difficult or traumatic events, navigating uncertainty and major life changes, along with the opportunity to sit in the stillness acknowledging your situation with me alongside you at every step.

Our therapeutic relationship is key to our work together, and although therapy is not a magic wand it can enable change to occur through compassionate acceptance, understanding of ourselves and how we see the world. At the heart of my practice is a person-centred, nature based approach.

Whatever your reason for choosing to meet with me, whether it be rooted in the past, present or future, we can look at ways of how life may be experienced differently going forward, and hold in mind the future you hope for.
