About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling out-of-sorts, disconnected or just not managing? Perhaps it's time to talk. My name is Colette and I am the owner of Little Shed Counselling. With more than 30 years experience of working with people in residential and day care, community settings, education and mentoring, I have experience of supporting people managing illness and disability, bereavement and loss, domestic and interpersonal violence and anxiety and depression. I've learned that individuals do best when they feel genuinely valued, heard and understood. I've also learned that counselling isn't just for the 'Big Problems' - counselling can work well as a quiet moment in a hectic life. Here at Little Shed, I'm offering a comfortable space for you to do your best work on your priorities, at your pace.
