About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative therapist and a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working with adults and young people. I can offer short-term and long-term counselling. I have experience in a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, abuse, panic attacks, specialising in trauma and PTSD.
My goal is to support you in understanding yourself better and help you to move forward. Our first session will be an opportunity for you to see if we are suited to work together.
Practice description
My way of working is 'integrative-relational' which means that I draw on different approaches to suit individual needs.
I offer counselling, psychotherapy and trauma therapy.
My aim is to create a safe space where you can fell comfortable talking about your experiences that have lead you to seek out therapy.
My first session
Your first session will be an opportunity for you decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. Each session lasts 50 min.
I offer free initial telephone consultation .
