About me and my therapy practice
I am fully trained and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor ( BA Hons in Integrative-Relational Counselling) and a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working with adults and young people. I have experience working both short-term and long-term in a wide range of difficulties, specialising in trauma and PTSD.
My goal is to support you in understanding yourself better and help you to move forward. Talking to someone can be the first step to a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Our first session will be an opportunity for you to see if we are suited to work together.
Practice description
My way of working is 'Integrative-relational' which means that I draw on different approaches to support my work that is tailored to individual needs.
My aim is to create a safe space where you can fell comfortable talking about what might be troubling you. Together we can explore and find ways to improve your emotional well-being.
