About me and my therapy practice
I believe most emotional struggles come from relating, whether it is a relationship with yourself, your partner, friends, family, children or colleagues.
Working together, our relationship can become a pathway to a better understanding of yourself and those around you.
I am fully trained and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor ( BA Hons in Integrative-Relational Counselling) and a registered member of British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy ( BACP) working in a private practice and community services.
My way of working is 'Integrative-relational' which means that I draw on different approaches to support my work that is tailored to individual needs.
My aim is to create a safe space where you can fell comfortable talking about what might be troubling you. Together we can explore and find ways to improve your emotional well-being.
