About me and my therapy practice
I am a professional, compassionate therapist providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment for you to discuss your issues and to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to make better sense of them in order to move forward.
You may know what is causing you distress from past or recent experiences, or be aware that lack of self-esteem is holding you back. For some, there is just a feeling of being ‘stuck’, unable to make changes and move forward.
My approach to counselling is integrative (Person Centred, CBT and Transactional Analysis), which means I am able to draw upon the most suitable model for you and your needs, combining the models in sessions where best appropriate.
Through the process of counselling, people can become capable of making positive changes to their lives to make them richer and more fulfilling, and can gain the confidence needed to redirect their paths to become truly happy.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation, and from there, a flexible approach to your individual requirements of therapy.
