About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist working with a range of approaches to suit client needs.
I specialise in trauma therapy, working with PTSD, low self esteem, self harm, anxiety, depression, addiction, disordered eating and loss.
The need for mental well-being has never been more important. The pandemic has and is creating devastating impacts and for some of us, that's putting a huge strain on our ability to manage issues past and present. That strain can feel unbearable - at times like this, help and support to re-discover balance and well-being can be just what is needed.
I can help you understand the issues you are facing and their meaning, helping you to develop the skills and habits to overcome them, shaping your perspective into a healthy and positive one.
My face to face practise is based in Ashford, Kent.
I offer online therapy via Zoom.
My first session
If you wish to contact me I would suggest an initial telephone conversation to discuss what you are looking for in therapy.
First sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine any goals you have in mind. I will cover details of the therapeutic contract with you and answer any questions you may have.
It is important that you choose a therapist you feel comfortable with.
