About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe space in which we work towards a better understanding of yourself, your drives, needs and emotions. This work will indirectly generate greater compassion and self-love. The development of your own uniqueness will also be supported and encouraged.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending upon your personality and the challenges your are facing. Generally I integrate a mindfulness-based and meditative approach to therapy.
I am specialised in working with relationship issues, infidelity, confusion around identity, career and purpose, eating disorders, depression, fears and phobias.
I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy that I obtained in Melbourne, Australia. I also have Masters Degree in Film Directing and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
I am currently only offering online counselling. The amount of sessions we have is completely up to you. We can have a one off session or ongoing sessions depending upon what works and feels best for you.
