About me and my therapy practice
If you feel lost and unsure about how to deal with something going on in your life either in the present or in the past, which is causing you to feel anxious and depressed, I can help you to understand the underlying issues so that you can find a way to move forward.
As your therapist I will work with you to help you understand what you're feeling and how it connects to your relationships and your wider life, with the aim of helping you release limiting patterns which may keep you stuck in some way.
I have worked with many people over the years and helped them make positive changes in their lives by coming to terms with some aspect of themselves or life event, which they’ve struggled to accept. Learning to accept yourself and life as it is can lead to an increased sense of freedom and happiness.

I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space where I will listen to you without judgment, giving you the space to talk openly at your pace.
My first session
In the first session, or initial consultation we will meet to talk about what brings you to therapy, and look at how I can help you with what you are dealing with.
