About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging at times and can affect our mental health, relationships and confidence. If you're finding things difficult, I'm here to listen. Working together, I can help you grow and discover better ways of being. I can help you:
- develop inner resources and the ability to cope with difficulties.
- improve your relationship with yourself and others.
- gain a greater understanding of your emotions and experiences.
- experience a sense of relief through sharing a burden and being heard and understood.
Counselling isn't easy but the fact you're reading this shows that you want to change, and that maybe you'd like some help in doing that.
I’m a professionally trained and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice. I attend regular clinical supervision and I'm committed to client confidentiality and continuing professional and personal development.
