About me and my therapy practice

Life can be challenging at times and can affect our mental health, relationships and confidence. If you're finding things difficult, I'm here to listen. Working together, I can help you grow and discover better ways of being.

By providing you with empathy, compassion and acceptance, I can help you understand your thoughts and experiences better and so aid you in your personal growth and development. Counselling can give you:

  • more inner resources and more ability to cope with difficulties.
  • an improved relationship with yourself and others.
  • a greater understanding of your emotions and experiences.
  • a sense of relief through sharing a burden and being heard and understood.

Counselling isn't easy but the fact you're reading this shows that you want to change, and that maybe you'd like some help in doing that.
