About me and my therapy practiceI offer talking therapy to individuals aged 14 and above tailored to your individual needs. I am a person-centred counsellor which means you lead the way and therapy can be adapted to your situation. Techniques such as goal setting, mindfulness, coping strategies and relaxation can be used also to help you manage stress, emotions, feelings and change which may have left you unsettled. I will listen to you and accept you as you are, which means you will not be judged, instead, you will be responded to in a respectful and empathic way.
I can help you find more fulfilment from life, work through problems, difficult situations or emotional issues you may be experiencing and build on your self-awareness and self-esteem, helping you feel more confident which can lead to a more fulfilling lifestyle.
