About me and my therapy practice
I am a integrative counsellor, this means I have the ability to incorporate different therapy’s to suit your needs with your experiences and emotions, rather then trying to fit you into a particular type of therapy.
We all face challenges in life and this can become overwhelming and may impact our day to day life, you may feel uncomfortable discussing your experience and feelings with family and friends. I am here to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you explore your experiences along with your thoughts and feelings that you may be experiencing or have encountered during this time.
I have worked with a range of different issues which include anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, work related, relationships, eating disorders and suicidal thoughts. For the past five years I have significant experience of as a counsellor with two charities whom specialize with domestic violence and historical abuse.
I offer a free 10-15 minutes telephone consultation where you are free to asking any questions or to clarify any uncertainties.
