About me and my therapy practice

MBACP Senior Accredited , with over 25 years post qualifying experience ( counselling/supervising/lecturing/group facilitating/managing ) mainly in universities and private practice. I offer open ended and time limited therapy with a psychodynamic orientation , however I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship to be the effective variable, rather than modality, in confronting a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties

I also offer Therapeutic Consultancy which is a structured approach ( combining elements of coaching and therapy ) to those facing change or particular challenges in life , for which exploratory therapy is less helpful.
