About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my profile. If you are finding life a struggle at the moment, it may help to speak with a professional counsellor. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and am able to help you with a range of difficulties which include anxiety, relationship issues, depression and low confidence (see more extensive list below). I work with both adults and children and have 15 years' experience of counselling children in an educational setting. Person-centred counselling is a non-directive approach which focuses on the individual's inner resources to find solutions to their problems. I will offer a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment where you can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. We will work on developing your self -awareness and understanding of the issues you are facing. This will help you to move towards inner peace and help you feel more in control of your life.
The reason I chose to become a counsellor is because I have been in a position in the past where I sought help from a therapist. I found the experience to be very helpful and felt that I wanted to offer this support to other people who may be finding life difficult.
My practice is in Chichester where I work with adults and children. There is plenty of free parking space outside.
