I am an experienced psychotherapist of 20 years, having originally trained as a bereavement counsellor in the NHS.
I offer both short term and longer-term counselling and psychotherapy depending on your needs; and help people work through many forms of loss, trauma and crisis. I work with a range of issues, in particular those with disruptive attachment during adolescence influenced by the impact and legacy of those with absent fathers.
I provide a holistic and solution-based form of therapy using a blend of trauma-based sensitive mindfulness and psychotherapy. . I work with people who are affected and challenged by adversity and have suffered major life changes and challenges.
There is constant navigation and complexity around identity and belonging. My aim is to help you discover and develop new ways which are less compromised by past patterns which have contributed to your distress and suffering in the present.
