About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm, empathic counsellor offering a safe and confidential space for you to explore and overcome your challenges.
I help clients live a better and more fulfilling life by supporting them to overcome self-image, self-confidence and weight management problems.
I also support you in managing feelings of anxiety and depression that are often the result of difficult life transitions, such as divorce, bereavement or sudden career change.
Whether you are recovering from a breakup, wondering how you can have the relationship you dream of or experiencing difficulties in your current relationship, I am here for you.
I support, challenge and aim to empower you to move beyond your perceived limits so that you can move through life with freedom and authenticity.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based.
I believe that everyone has the resources within themselves to heal and grow. I work with my clients to identify their strengths and use them to overcome their challenges.
My goal for my clients is to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences and to develop new coping skills and strategies for living a more fulfilling life.
My first session
