About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified member of the BACP and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. I work from my home in a quiet lane in Ash, Surrey. I offer you a warm and safe space to explore your counselling needs without judgement.
I take an enormous amount of pride in my work and regularly attend training to ensure I am maintaining the best professional standards and providing the best service I can. I feel privileged to work in this profession and am continually reminded through my work how growth can take place in the most painful of situations.
You might know what you would like to explore or you might feel 'stuck' and unsure about where to go next. I appreciate how difficult it can be to make that first step, especially if you are feeling very anxious or low.
You are welcome to call me and we can have conversation on the phone to discuss how I can help. I also offer a free 30 minute no obligation meeting. This gives us a chance to meet and to explain how I work. I believe we are the best experts of ourselves and making choices we are comfortable with is the first important step.
