About me and my therapy practice

When life all got too much and I couldn't face the world, I knew that I needed to talk to someone other than my family and friends. Someone who wouldn't judge me on my past or offer advice on what I should or shouldn't do.

I wanted someone just to listen to my story and allow me to work out my own answers, in a space where I felt heard and held.

I offer my clients a confidential safe space, showing compassion and respect, free of judgement. Empathically, attentively listening to what you bring. My belief is that mutual trust is the foundation on which a good therapeutic relationship develops.

If you feel that you would like to share what is troubling you right now, I look forward to hearing from you offering a free introductory session.
