About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified, friendly, professional and highly experienced counseller based in Adur and Worthing. I am a person-centred counsellor, which means my main focus is on building a strong, trusting relationship with you so that we can explore whatever is on your mind on your terms and in your own time. I am here to listen to you, and to provide a space for you to feel heard and genuinely supported, and together we can work to find a way forward for you. If you are struggling with an issue in your life, a difficulty, mental health concern, relationship difficulties, or a life change, then counselling can help you to better understand what is going on and to have somewhere to fully express yourself. My interest is in providing you with a supportive and confidential space in which to do so. Counselling with me can help you with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, feeling down, making a decision, relationships, loneliness, anger or anything else that may be worrying you. I am also trained and qualified in solution-focussed therapy, where we work for a shorter period of time in a very focussed way to help you to find solutions. I am an experienced and trained mindfulness practitioner which can also help you to find a quiet time in your day for reflection and relaxation.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute assessment so you can get to know more about me and I can get a better understanding of what you are hoping for from counselling.
