About me and my therapy practice

I am here to listen to you, and to provide a space for you to feel heard and genuinely supported, and together we can work to find a way forward for you. I am also a qualified cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) and can support you in exploring the links between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help find a healthier balance and perspective in your life.

If you are struggling with a difficulty, mental health concern, relationship difficulties, or a life change, then counselling can help you to better understand what is going on and to have somewhere to fully express yourself. My interest is in providing you with a supportive and confidential space in which to do so. Counselling with me can help you with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, feeling down, making a decision, relationships, loneliness, anger or anything else that may be worrying you.
