Hello, my name is Aimee Griffin and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist awaiting UKCP accreditation. I offer a range of services to help individuals improve their mental health and wellbeing, including online sessions, as well as limited availability with evening sessions in Belgravia and day sessions in Finchley.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques and theories to best meet the unique needs of each client. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to the therapeutic relationship, which I believe is essential for creating a safe and supportive space in which individuals can explore what is going on for them.
As someone with experience working in schools, therapy organisations, and privately, I have developed many skills and expertise. I have worked with young people, couples, and children, helping them overcome various challenges, including addiction, anxiety, school refusal, depression, neurodiversity, and relationship difficulties.
One of the key strengths of my approach is my focus on humanistic principles underpinned by psychodynamic thinking. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow and change, and my aim is to help you unlock that potential by working collaboratively towards your goals.
If you're ready to take the next step towards improving your mental health and well-being, I invite you to get in touch and schedule an appointment. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and improving your overall quality of life.
