About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Hayley. Sometimes we can feel like we’ve lost our way, worn out, anxious, low in confidence. Perhaps life has taken an unexpected turn – work is getting you down, you're facing fertility or parenting challenges, relationships aren’t working out. Or perhaps you’ve achieved what you wanted but are still unhappy and can't quite put your finger on why? There are times when everyone needs a safe, supported space to think, process, be seen and truly heard.
In a confidential and supportive space, I offer the rare freedom to say whatever comes to mind, helping you to look at underlying, perhaps unconscious thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be causing distress. I have a particular interest in women's health, fertility and parenthood, burnout, anxiety and depression.
I understand that starting therapy can be daunting. I provide a free 15-minute telephone call so that you can see if we are a good fit and whether our schedules match for either online or in person work. Please email me to set up a time to speak.
I often work with people who find themselves burnt out, dissatisfied, or in upsetting circumstances. They may be facing challenges around fertility, parenthood, work, relationships, menopause or health, and need someone to talk to who won’t get upset or make them feel judged. Or perhaps their challenges were in the past, and now feels like the right time to address them.
Sometimes I work with people who may have found CBT or DBT helpful previously, but now want to go deeper to understand why they feel the way they do.
