About me and my therapy practice
There are times in life when everything can feel overwhelming or their may be difficulties in life that can feel impossible to manage. This can lead to low mood, anxiety or social isolation as we can detach ourselves from the world around us. I endeavour to see things from the clients perspective and to work at the clients pace. I am congruent and I endeavour to develop a deep understanding of how the client views the world and offer empathy and unconditional positive regard to whatever the client brings to the counselling session.
I am a person centred counsellor and I specialise working with adults and adolescents who have experienced bereavement in addition to offering mindfulness support.
If life starts to feel overwhelming or difficult, I will hold space, listen and endeavour to share in the experience of how life feels for you, supporting you throughout our journey together in a safe and confidential environment.
