About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced, BACP accredited, Counsellor and Play Therapist. I work with children, young people and adults. I am an Integrative counsellor with a Person Centred base, providing talking therapy or using creative materials such as sandtray work and art.

I offer online sessions, I also provide home visits to people local to Stourbridge.

Adults can benefit from having an opportunity to be heard and explore their experiences. I can work with you using a variety of techniques including creative approaches.

I frequently work with children and parents, since I gained my MA, I have continued to research and support parents and carers with attachment based parenting. I can provide support to develop parenting approaches and relaxation techniques to reduce stress.

I work with children with additional needs and their parents for a variety of different issues.

I am an experienced Clinical Supervisor, I have supported other counsellors working with children, young people and adults since 2003.
