About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, confidential and professional space for clients to come and explore any personal issues/problems that may be experienced and stopping you from living your life to a fuller potential. At times we prefer not to burden those close to us with our problems and it is easier to talk to someone with no previous knowledge of our experience and no emotional connection with our lives. This is where counselling comes into its own.
I offer long and short term sessions all dependent upon what the client needs to focus on. Currently these are limited to Saturdays and early evenings.
I offer a free 30-minute assessment in which we can look at your needs and discuss the way I work. This will then give you a sense of whether or not you wish to pursue further sessions. I work with adults on a one to one, face to face basis.
I appreciate that making that step towards talking about personal and private matters can be a very daunting and worrying time. I hope to make this process as simple and easy as possible.
