Practice description
What To Expect
I practise 'Integrative Therapy' which is a blend of psychological therapies;
- Person Centred Therapy -(Providing compassionate, honest and unconditional support to help promote understanding and inner growth)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy/CBT- (understanding how thinking styles and behaviour patterns relate to feelings and how we can learn to create positive change)
- Psychodynamic Therapy - (Exploring how our past experiences and relationships can affect how we feel in the present).
As an individual, you have unique challenges and it is my aim to support you with compassion through a journey of exploration, growth and empowerment.
We all deserve to feel supported, listened to and understood.
As the client, you lead the way, and you determine the what you bring to therapy and the pace that feels right for you.
Therapy is a two way, flexible process, with you always at the centre. We will regularly review our work, ensuring you feel happy with how the work is progressing.
At every stage, I encourage and welcome any questions or feedback that may arise for you. It is important that you feel able to be as open and honest as possible.
My first session
Free Initial Consultation
Choosing a therapist can sometimes feel overwhelming. I offer a free initial consultation, with no obligation to book a further appointment.
First Session
During our first full therapy session, we will begin to explore your concerns and hopes in greater depth, helping us both understand how we might work together.
