About me and my therapy practiceEveryone needs help and support at some point in their lives. Talking a problem through with someone who's not involved can help us see things differently. Sometimes we need to change old patterns of thinking and behaving that just aren't working for us. I'm trained and experienced in listening without judging or telling you what to do. Instead, I can help you to understand what's wrong, to use the skills you already have and to develop new ways to think and act that change the way you feel.

The coronavirus crisis is creating fear and uncertainty for us all, as we confront illness, bereavement, isolation, changes to work, relationships and everyday life.
It’s important to be able to talk through worries, even if we can’t meet face-to-face.
My counselling sessions are continuing via telephone or video link. You can choose the method that feels comfortable for you.
Whatever the choice, my priority will be to protect confidentiality, safety and well-being.
