About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential, non judgmental, safe space where clients can talk about their problems openly.
My style is empathic, friendly and conversational. I encourage my clients to be curious about the journey that has brought them to this place and to acknowledge their personal strengths and resilience. I offer strategies for the alleviation of distress whilst being mindful of the client's autonomy.
I'm an experienced Counsellor with 20 years of professional experience in mental health.
I'm unable to offer face to face sessions due to the current restrictions. I'm working from home offering sessions online, on zoom, skype and on the telephone.
Many clients are presenting with a feeling of overwhelm and intensified worries - all of which are to be expected in the current circumstances.
I provide a therapeutic and safe environment for my clients to share their fears and worries.
I offer strategies to cope whilst respecting the client's autonomy.
