About me and my therapy practice
I am fully registered with both the BACP and UKCP as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. My services are accessible for clients in Chelsea, Fulham, Victoria, Pimlico, Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Westminster and the surrounding areas.
I employ a wide variety of psychotherapeutic techniques according to the client's needs, and the nature of the problems that the client brings to therapy. This will include looking at current behaviour patterns and ways of thinking and coping, looking at the way in which the client has grown up and developed, the environment the client has grown up in and the one they live in now. The work will also include an in-depth look at things that have influenced the client's way of living and of being.
This can be done in a one-to-one setting, with just me and the client, or you may choose to see me with your partner, or with the whole family. Working using integrative psychotherapy means that the therapy can be tailored to each specific client's needs to produce optimum results.
I enjoyed a long and successful career in senior executive level management, including as a Management Consultant and later as an Executive Committee Member for the Aga Khan fund for Economic Development. I use this diverse experience to work successfully with board level executives and high net worth individuals requiring confidential, strategic 1-1 business leadership coaching and therapeutic support.
