About me and my therapy practice
Everyone should have an opportunity to have therapy. Life is full of ups and downs and the idea of having someone by your side, helping you to navigate rough waters is very comforting and enriching.
I offer psychotherapy by using an Integrative Holistic Approach. My approach recognises that your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health are interconnected. I use techniques based on each individuals needs and my intuition is my main tool.
Main issues that I work with: anxiety, depression, abuse (psychological, sexual and physical), complex traumas, EUPD, neurodiversity.
As an integrative holistic psychotherapist, my approaches are:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Transpersonal Psychotherapy (Dreams, Creative Imagination, Healing Through Breath and Sound, Mindfulness, Meditation and Prayer).
I work in a comfortable and safe practice . My first preference is to work face to face but if there is not a possibility to attend in person, I offer online sessions.
