About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to my profile. I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor for adults, children and young people. I am also a qualified Supervisor. I have over 13 years experience as a qualified counsellor. After several years of working within organisations as a paid counsellor, including as a school counsellor, I now work in private practice. I work with individuals, EAP work and private companies. I work as an integrative counsellor where I draw on different models, approaches, tools and resources. My core model is person centred, as I consider the core conditions of empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence to be the foundation for how I work. I place great importance on the uniqueness of the individual client, your issues and your individual life experiences. Please feel free to call me for a no obligation discussion. My private practice is within close proximity to Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham. Close to Junction 3, off the M5 Motorway. Easily accessible from anywhere within the West Midlands
