About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to support you on your journey to making meaningful and positive changes so that you can have the ability to engage with life in the way you wish. Self-awareness and paying attention to what is happening in the here-and-now are the starting point of the therapeutic process.
I have experience helping people manage a variety of issues and among them depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and cancer. I worked with Cruse in Oxford, Centre 70 in West Norwood and Dimbleby Cancer Centre at Guy’s hospital in London.
For many years I also worked in humanitarian aid sector and I travelled and lived in many different countries in Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia.
I have a Diploma from Metanoia Institute, one of the leading centres for psychotherapy training in the UK. I previously trained in Existential therapy, and have a Certificate in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching from New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London.
