It takes courage to decide to come to therapy. When life becomes overwhelmed with relationship issues, low self esteem, loss, depression, stress, past relationships or anxiety, I can offer you a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space. We can explore underlying thoughts, feelings, and behaviours; we can aim to make a positive change to your life. Sometimes we need help to explore our experiences and to understand difficulties in life.
Together, we can gain insight, develop new skills, and better understand your choices and options in your life. I can help make sense of such experiences you may have.
