About me and my therapy practice
I work as a trauma informed humanistic integrated therapist registered and accredited with BACP.
I have been delivering counselling and psychotherapy for over 20 years working with people who are struggling with or wanting to come to terms with life experiences, the pain of loss, the legacy and underlying causes of addiction, the effects of trauma, sexual and emotional abuse. I walk alongside courageous people as they journey through their recovery and reclaim their lives.
I work within a body/somatic framework which includes non verbal practice where appropriate. The body is always present and insightful and provides us with a bridge to healing in the mind, emotions, spirit and who we are now.
Please see my website for more information.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision to student counsellors, therapists, equine facilitated psychotherapists and bodymind practitioners.
My supervision practice offers you a space of compassionate dialogue and support that I hope will empower you in your practice. I accept urgent contact by email or text between our regular online sessions, particularly with regards to safeguarding concerns.
Within my counselling role, I work with people affected by grief and loss, sexual, emotional and domestic abuse, the underlying causes of addiction, substance use and risky behaviours. I walk with people on their own courageous journeys as they develop resilience, respect and self worth, all of which are aspects of reclaiming their lives.
There is a somatic reference to my work coming from the understanding that the body is always present and as such, we can call on its innate intelligence and wisdom. The body can be a bridge to healing of the mind, emotions and spirit.
My work is trauma informed.
I have training in Reflective Supervision and Systemic Supervision Practice.
Please see my website for further info, thanks.
