About me and my therapy practice
Finding the freedom to feel different can be daunting when lost in familiar but unhelpful patterns in your life. As a psychotherapist, I offer a confidential space to discover a way out of isolating issues for personal growth.Practice description
Having studied at the Tavistock and Portman Institute and trained at Regents, I incorporate various theoretical models to effectively meet my clients' needs. Collaboration is central to my approach as we explore past relational patterns and unconscious dynamics. This process cultivates awareness of unhelpful behaviours, empowering clients to make alternative choices for effective change.
With experience working in various clinical settings, including the NHS’s inpatient and outpatient services and bereavement, I can help you navigate a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, disrupted attachments, loss, trauma, and more.
Together, we will explore how the past can create destructive patterns in your life and the unconscious dynamics driving them. By increasing your self-awareness and cultivating healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, a sense of relief renews hope and the possibility for lasting positive change. I offer both in-person and online sessions, both short-term and long-term, to suit your preferences.
I provide an initial 50 minute consultation to discuss your needs and your wishes.
