About me and my therapy practice
An Integrative psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory (AT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT). A member of the BACP with an undergraduate degree in psychology along with an MSc (Dis) in Psychotherapy. As well as practising as a Psychotherapist, I have over fifteen years’ experience in the wellbeing industry as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, life coach and hypnotherapist, and believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to growth and healing. I run the Nottingham Counselling Service and work alongside other psychotherapists and professionals. In particular, helping people with trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship problems, anger issues, abuse, stress-related issues, low self-esteem and more.
