About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced accredited counsellor working with adults and young people (14 plus). Sometimes life can be challenging and seeking professional help can ease you through these times. I work in an empathic and non-judgemental way that provides you with a safe space to work through your challenges.
Practice description
Counselling is a personal journal that can involve exploring the past, present or future. I listen and understand so that you can become clearer about what you are experiencing and come a deeper personal understanding of what you are going through and who you are.
Building a trusting relationship is key to the counselling process so that you can find emotional release and gain clarity to what has been concerning you. Within this relationship you can speak freely and openly without judgement. You can reach greater confidence, self awareness and a clearer understanding of the difficulties you face.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of theories to tailor sessions to your individual needs.
