About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in supporting individuals struggling with neurodiversity or attachment difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, identity, life transitions, relationship breakdowns and bereavement. I provide a confidential and informal space in which to explore life events, (past and present), unravel difficult emotions and understand relational issues. I utilise creativity, diverse art mediums, and varied relaxation techniques (such as mindfulness, breath control and body awareness) to facilitate management of trauma, transformation of unhelpful behaviours and control of negative thinking patterns in order to improve emotional wellbeing and promote personal growth.
