In my sessions I always target at resolving existing issues and getting permanent results.
I work in a person centred, non-directive and solution based approach.
I maintain a safe space for you to figure and decide what outcomes you want to pursue, what changes you're ready to make and what pace is comfortable for you.
What I use is a combination of CBT and therapy of emotional states. My approach is always solution-based and it’s never just talking.

I offer inline sessions via Zoom, 1-1,5 hours for counselling sessions.
I aim at achieving awareness and understanding of what hasn’t been working you and how to alter it to get a desired outcome.
As I believe, real changes don’t happen without change in habits. That’s why I normally give home tasks to develop new consistent patterns. I help you explore your inner resources and new opportunities to achieve your goals.
As a result, most clients see things from different perspectives, try what they've never tried before, build healthier relationships, balance their lifestyles.
I offer 1,5-2 hour sessions for dealing specifically with trauma.
Why I choose trauma therapy: In some cases, clients struggle to play a new pattern: trauma responses carry them away and they automatically act as they are used to. After trauma therapy, the previous reactions are less emotionally charged or even disappear.
And eventually, you'll be able to see changes in the emotional and even physical state, feel confident to try new actions and change your old scenarios, and moreover, become more emotionally resilient.
