About me and my therapy practice
I have been in private practice since June 2020.
Before that I practiced in an anger management agency in London for one year, and the year before that I worked as a counsellor in an adult education institute.
I have a level 4 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and set up my private practice at the beginning of the pandemic.
The types of sessions I offer are:
exercise for mental health.
All my experience and training is poured into one therapeutic aim; to facilitate healing.
I work with your relationships with other people and relationship with yourself.
I have helped CEO's, performing artists and athletes achieve the outcomes they hoped for, sometimes beyond their expectations.
I work with relationships, stress, identity issues and trauma. If you think I could help you then get in touch.
When I’m not counselling I enjoy Athletics, drama, woodwork, and comedy.
