About me and my therapy practice

ONLINE THERAPY AVAILABLE

For some of us, it can take years to reach out and ask for help. I know it is a big step. Despite your past, your family and your own story, I believe that you have the ability to heal the pain you are in today. I am trained and experienced to sit with you to help you find YOUR answers. Together we go on a journey of discovery to see how you have got to where you are today but most importantly in finding your power and strength to overcome your challenges. You deserve to be healthy, happy and feel peace.

I have a range of life and professional experience, tools and training to draw from. I am an integrative Counsellor meaning I use different approaches as no one approach suits everyone. I am also an EMDR Trauma Therapy Practitioner. Alot of my work is around the Inner Child as I believe many of us have wounds from childhood that can prevent us as Adults from experiencing joy. I have the ability to provide a space of healing for you so that you can heal yourself and overcome your obstacles despite your past. You will learn the skills to cope with anything life throws at you. I will not judge you no matter what your story is.
