About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Gareth. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and also a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I am accredited with both the BACP and the BABCP.
I have worked in NHS talking therapies for over 12 years and I have a great deal of experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, panic and phobias, amongst other emotional difficulties.
I offer one to one walk and talk therapy in the fresh open air of the National Forest and also online and telephone sessions.
If you would like to find out more please feel free to call or email me.
My first session
Initially there is a telephone conversation where the clients concerns, hopes and goals are discussed and if my approach might be suitable to meet their needs. If after this initial conversation we agree to proceed a first session will be booked.
Sessions are for one hour at a cost of £50 (walk and talk, online or telephone) and are paid for in advance of the session.
