About me and my therapy practice
For many people the decision to seek counselling can be a difficult and daunting prospect.
My approach to counselling is based on offering you a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where we can take the time to explore what it is that is bringing you to therapy.
I have been able to help people explore, manage and overcome a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, low self esteem, menopausal symptoms and work related stress.
I offer one to one, bespoke counselling sessions at my private consulting room in Wiltshire - ample parking, easy access and approximately 25 minutes from Bristol, Bath and Chippenham.
I engage in both short and long term counselling.
