About me and my therapy practice
Feeling anxious, depressed, stressed; struggling to cope with a bereavement or the ending of a relationship; or feeling alone and confused ? Counselling offers a safe, confidential space for you to share your experiences and explore your feelings. Talking can help you challenge existing perspectives, make some changes or set some goals.
My work as a qualified counsellor draws on the quality of the therapeutic alliance to build a trusting relationship where you feel supported and valued. As you explore how events past and present have impacted on your life, we can work together to process difficult emotions, helping you to cope and feel in better control of your life.
Since the relationship between client and therapist is key, it is important to find the right counsellor for you. I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation so that you are free to decide whether we can work together before you commit to counselling.
