About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever is bothering you.
I'm a person-centred therapist, which means that I work alongside you to address whatever you'd like to explore. Person-centred therapy is founded on the principle that we are all unique and that we are the experts in our own experience. I will offer a genuine, empathic, equal relationship to support you.
I hold a a first-class honours degree in Person-Centred counselling.
Practice description
Sometimes we may feel that life is overwhelming or doesn't offer all that we might expect. We might feel anxious, confused, angry, frustrated or alone.
I work with people facing all sorts of challenges. You may be experiencing depression or anxiety, suffering from grief or loss, dealing with low self-esteem or trying to understand relationship issues. You may be worried about your relationship with food, experiencing antenatal or postnatal depression or anxiety, or suffering in another way. I am here to help you. I won’t offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, we will explore your thoughts and feelings together to help you make sense of them.
My first session
I offer a free, no obligation 15-minute call to explore what you would hope to gain from therapy and how well we think we might work together. Please get in touch if you'd like to learn more.
