About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I help people who are feeling overwhelmed in life; whether this is from historical experiences or current situations causing stress, anxiety or depression.
Maybe you are feeling isolated and alone in your situation, Perhaps you feel there is no one you can trust with your thoughts or maybe you don't want to run the risk of being judged. Are your thoughts going through your mind on a daily basis, do you need to find resolve? Is all of this making you feel tired but you are unable to sleep?
Is it frustrating not being able to speak to loved ones or family about what's on your mind or maybe you don't have someone to talk to? Are you in fear of being misunderstood? Do you want to be heard with no interruption or opinions from others?
