About me and my therapy practice
Are you looking for an understanding therapist who will treat you as the unique person you are?
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, trained at Regent’s University London. As an integrative counsellor, I am trained in all therapy styles, tailoring my approach to suit your needs.
I understand that seeking therapy may seem a daunting step to take. My person-centred therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to talk about anything on your mind. I aim to do this in relaxed and supportive way, so you feel comfortable and able to express your thoughts and feelings more openly.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in public services and provided mediation to staff experiencing challenges in their working relationships. Currently, I provide short-term bereavement therapy in south west London along with long-term work in a local women’s centre, including working with trauma, abuse and life changes.
If you would like to know more, please contact me to arrange an initial session where you can ask any further questions and see how I work, before deciding if I am the therapist for you.
