About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults in individual therapy, both long-term and shorter-term. I have experience of a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life changes, OCD, sexuality, relationships, identity, bereavement, regret and loss. I offer sessions online (via Zoom or Skype) or in person in a convenient and welcoming location in Holborn, central London.

I have a lifelong love of music and a special interest in working with performance anxiety.

My approach: Existential therapy is a practical and relational approach. Therapy is a unique space to step away from the demands of everyday life and to talk freely about what is troubling you without pressure or judgement. I will bring an empathic and insightful approach to help you make sense your situation, and together we will look at the possibilities and choices available to you. Working together, we will identify what is meaningful to you, and help you to find a greater sense of freedom and authenticity.

What's the next step? Please get in touch by email if you would like more information, and we can go from there. Typically, we would then arrange to meet for an initial 50 minute session which is an opportunity for you to find out whether my approach suits you, and for me to find out more about you and your hopes and expectations of therapy. If you decide you would like to continue with therapy, we would meet for a 50 minute session at a regular time each week.
