About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships as well as work related stress. If you are experiencing work difficulties, I can help you address these and the challenges faced in the workplace. I have a particular interest working with anxiety and self - esteem. I provide self-development support in areas such as confidence building, assertiveness and personal meaning.
I offer a confidential space, where you can explore what it is that has brought you to therapy. Here you can vocalise things that you might not be able to do so anywhere else. Together, we will work towards your goals. The therapeutic space is a designated time to reflect and make sense of what is going on.
Starting therapy, can feel like a novel step. To begin with, we will have a telephone conversation in order to schedule an initial consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to meet, discuss things further and decide if and how we will continue to work together. Following this, we will meet on a weekly basis for 50min.
