About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.
Often this can be the first step towards making that first move when life appears too difficult to manage on your own. Reaching out for help and support takes courage and if you also feel a little apprehensive that's okay.
I offer one to one counselling with sessions lasting 50 minutes. I work using a range of therapies including: Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT Tools/Techniques), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy which are tailored to a client's specific needs.
Working closely together I help and support clients to navigate their way through whatever the difficulty or issue(s) may be by offering a safe space and total confidentiality.
