About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP registered therapist helping people with a wide range of issues and have considerable experience supporting people with anxiety.

The many challenges that life throws at us can make us feel overwhelmed and unable to cope. They can interfere with our day to day living, create problems in our relationships and may lead to anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or other problems that can affect our well-being. I offer a warm, friendly and confidential space for you to talk through any problems you may be facing, helping you to make sense of things and gain a better understanding of yourself whilst supporting you in any changes you wish to make.

As well as working in private practice, I have worked as a school counsellor for over 5 years helping children and young people aged 11-18. I have also volunteered at a local counselling agency and for an anxiety charity and have experience counselling residents at a care home for the elderly.
