Therapist - London

London SE1

Sessions from £65.00

Features

  • Flexible hours available
  • Concessionary rates

Availability

Flexible hours with evening and weekend availability.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation, which will give us the opportunity to determine if we’re the right fit for each other. You are under no obligation to book sessions with me at the end of your consultation, as I encourage you to reflect and take time to consider if you feel I am someone you believe could help you and feel comfortable with.

About me and my therapy practice

Life is not always a smooth ride, is it? Sometimes it feels like we’re on a rollercoaster we never signed up for. I’m talking about the days when everything feels overwhelming, confusing, and messy. Maybe it’s the weight of past painful experiences, the stress of current relationships, or the never-ending battle with anxiety and depression. Many of us grew up being told to “push through”, “be strong”, and not be "so dramatic / emotional" but what if there’s another way… a kinder and more productive way to navigate these challenges.

I’m here to tell you that no matter how big or small your challenges are, there’s space for you here. In my therapy room, it’s us against the problem. You bring your life story – the ups, the downs, and everything in between – and I bring lots of tools, insights, professional experience, empathy and unconditional acceptance.

This is a judgment-free zone! I won’t tell you how to live your life, instead I’ll walk beside you and help you make sense of the road you’ve been on. Our journey together may involve exploring and healing old wounds, changing unhelpful behaviours, building and nurturing healthier relationships, or simply making your day-to-day life a little bit easier and brighter. Whatever it is - I hope we can do it together.

We may laugh, we may cry, but most importantly we'll find a new way of being. You're not broken, you already have the inner strength to navigate life's difficulties. Sometimes all we need is a little guidance, support, and a reminder that our stories are worth telling.

Your feelings are valid. Your voice matters. Your story deserves to be heard.

✦ ✦ ✦ WHAT I CAN OFFER YOU ✦ ✦ ✦

✨ A SAFE SPACE when power dynamics and transference issues get entangled. I believe we develop better in spaces where we don't feel shamed or lesser. I offer a judgment-free zone where we can talk about our vulnerabilities and mistakes in a way that feels safe and held.

✨ PROCESSING & REFLECTING on thoughts and feelings evoked by your client work (anxieties, stuck-ness, frustration, etc.), and separating what belongs to you, your client and dynamics of each relationship.

✨ LEARNING and increasing your self-confidence and skills, tapping into your strengths, capability and experience. I believe in sharing knowledge, resources, articles, interventions and relevant psycho-education.

✨ COLLABORATION when we don't have the answers. Gentle questions, brainstorming and working together can help us both reflect and discover new insights about your clients and yourself as a therapist.

✨ SUPPORT with practical things like your fees, boundary issues, your website and social media presence, marketing your private practice, and working online safely.

✨ CELEBRATION of yours and your clients' growth, small and big wins, and moments of change and transformation.
