About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I work online and face-to-face in Kingston-upon-Thames. Sessions are weekly and each session lasts for 50 minutes.
Practice description
My approach is person-centred. I offer a warm, empathic, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, providing you with the space to explore your concerns at your own pace.
As well as my private practice, I work in a charity and an NHS counselling service.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what you want from counselling and for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you! The first session lasts for 50 minutes and costs £45.
